We are located in Reno, NV directly across from the Reno – Tahoe International Airport.
We offer airport pick up and drop off services from 4 AM till Midnight daily.
We are less than 3 miles to the Reno Sparks Convention Center, Reno Rodeo Grounds, Mesa Rim Climbing Center, Moana Street Aquatic Center and less than 5 miles to UNR, Downtown Reno and the Reno Events Center. We are 3 exits south of the I-80 interchange at the Villenova/Plumb Exit.

Our rooms are spacious and include free Wi-Fi and Satellite TV while adorned with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Our hotel surrounds a peaceful park like courtyard the houses our outdoor seasonal pool. The pool is open June – September from 9 AM to 9 PM daily. Days and hours can be affected by high winds and inclement weather to ensure the safety of our guests. The pool is for hotel guest only and accessed by guest room keys.
Breakfast is available in our onsite restaurant, Plaza Court, with a discount for in-house guest. Our normal hours are daily 7AM to 10 AM but subject to change so contract the hotel to confirm current operating hours. We do offer preorder for large groups for pick up as early as 6 AM with advance notice. Dinner is available in our onsite lounge, Crosswinds Bar. Dinner seating for those 21 and under in the restaurant is available during operating hours by contracting the bartender. Reservations for large groups can be made 24 hours in advance with the FD or Sales Office.
During large local events and summer weekends the restaurant is open.
Evening hours are daily 5 PM to 10 PM, with the kitchen closing at 9:30 PM.
In addition, to our onsite restaurant and lounge, we have a 24-Hour Sundry Shop for snacks, drinks, microwavable meals, and other needs.
We have a coin operated laundry with a vending machine for detergent and an onsite fitness center with a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical and free weights available 24 Hours by guest room keys. Located by the fitness center is a filtered water bottle filling station.
We have a business center with a computer and printer located in the lobby for guest use.
We are a 3-story interior corridor hotel with key card access entry doors.
Elevators are located at/near each of the guest entrances.
We offer long-term airport parking for a nominal daily fee, contact the hotel front desk for current rates. Parking restrictions are enforced for the comfort and safety of all our guests and staff. Each guest room includes in the rate parking for 2 vehicles, while staying in the hotel. A parking permit is issued at check in, and appropriate parking zones are noted. Disconnected trailers require a permit attached to them and must be registered with the front desk and placed on the North Lots. We have large vehicle & tractor/trailer parking available on the North Lots.
We are a non-smoking hotel with one designated smoking area for smoking or vaping of tobacco products.
Use or possession of cannabis smoking or vaping items is prohibited on our property.
Check in requires a valid government issue photo ID and a matching credit card to be present. We will authorize a security deposit on the credit card at check-in and the full amount of the estimated stay charges are authorized the morning of arrival.
We do not accept prepaid debit cards for deposits. Cash is not accepted for deposits and can only be paid for room charges at check out. A Credit Card or Bank Based Debit Card that authorizes for the full stay is required to check in. Third party reservations still require a credit card for the deposit and valid government issued photo ID to check in.
Due to an onsite bar with poker machines the guest checking in must be 21 or older or traveling on military orders or with a group that someone 21 or over accepts liability for check in.
