There is 50.00 security deposit per reservation, it is held till check out if there are no issues or secondary charges it is released, however it can take up to 7 days for your bank to release the authorization from pending status.

There is a $150.00 fine for smoking or causing smoke damage in our rooms.
There is a $20.00 per day fee for dogs and a dog friendly room must be booked. Our dog friendly rooms feature extra amenities, such as a comfy dog bed and doggie treats. There is a $250.00 fine for undisclosed or unapproved animals found on property.
